SUMMARY:Summer Bike Ride
DESCRIPTION:Organised by members Becki and Emma we invite you to join us on our Summer Bike Ride! We will be exploring the beautiful Kersal Dale. \nMeet at Garden Needs (Radford Street\, off Bury New Road\, M7 4NT) 1.45pm for a 2pm start. \nOur Saturday ride (come rain or shine) will be a gentle 6 mile route through Kersal Dale and on to Drinkwater Park.  Limited road riding with just 5 minutes on Littleton Road.  There will be an opportunity for people to try out some of the cycle tracks in Drinkwater Park if they feel up to it!  We’ll obviously stop and have cake and pop half way through so please bring something to share.  The ride will finish at Garden Needs and for those that may wish to celebrate their achievement we will move on to The Star – Salford’s one and only community owned pub in Higher Broughton to sample the local brew. \nWe have 10 bikes and helmets available for those without cycles that will be given on a first come first served basis – so be quick if you want to get your ‘leg over’ this weekend! \nFor more information please contact emma@socialadventures.org.uk  \n
