At the August 2023 meeting, Cee Unsworth was awarded the Sue Rigg Award   The Salford Angels WI committee selected Cee for her outstanding contributions to the Salford Angels WI choir.  Mandy (Salford Angels WI President) presented Cee with her award.

Cee is a key member of the choir supporting with the three monthly sessions, song choice, public performances.

Sue Rigg was the founding member of Salford Angels WI, when she stepped down as president, the committee wanted to recognise the energy, enthusiasm and dedication of Sue by creating this award.
