 100 CLUB APPLICATION FORM

 Time to renew your subscriptions to the 100+ Club!  And what a successful year we have had!  As you may know our aim was for 100 members to join and last year the membership increased to 174.  This means that Lancashire WI members received almost £900.00 in prize money.  The remaining money assists the Federation to host interesting events for you at reasonable cost.  So winners all round.

The membership fee is just £10.00 per year, or if you join with a friend, just £5.00 each, but do remember to put just one members name on the Application form.  So, why wait?  Join now!!

When we have the final applications, we will advise you of the prize allocation.

If you wish to join for 2014/15 please complete the form below, remember to complete both sides, and return it, together with cheque (s) for £10 per entrant and an s.a.e. Please note we require personal cheques only.  Members will then receive a copy of the rules and draw number.  The first monthly draw in the new Club year will take place in SEPTEMBER 2014 and the biggest prizes will be drawn at the SPRING COUNCIL MEETING IN 2015.

Please note membership is open to INDIVIDUAL WI MEMBERS ONLY and not WI’s.
