Choir Practice
Join us for our regular Salford Angels choir practice. We are a fun and energetic choir, covering all sorts of music from traditional and folk, to classic and modern pop. We will soon be preparing for a concert in Lancaster to celebrate 100 years of the Lancashire Federation of Women’s Institutes. New members welcome. Join us for our monthly meeting. This month we will be having a Trade and Social evening. Come along to meet and get to know our members and treat to yourself to local crafts, jams and other goodies, or get a head start on your Christmas shopping. There will also be a chance to socialise and get to know our other members, along with refreshments of cake. Please arrive from 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start. £2 donation for refreshments.

Celebrating the achievements of the WI in it's 100th year, including SOS for honey bees, care not custody, more midwives, equal pay, fair milk prices and our save the high street campaigns. This event is open to the public and takes place on 23rd and 24th September 2015. Wednesday 23rd September: Craft and Produce Market 10am to 5pm. Thursday 24th September: Craft and Produce Market 10am to 4pm. Award Ceremony 6pm.

Weekend Trip – Barcelona
Join us for an exciting weekend in Barcelona, home to some of the greatest architecture in the world. The trip will take place from 2nd to 5th October 2015.
