Main Meeting – A Talk from St Anne’s Hospice
Join us for our monthly meeting, this month there will be a talk from St Anne's Hospice. There will also be a chance to socialise and get to know our other members, along with refreshments of cake. Arrive from 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start. £2 donation for refreshments.

Join us for our regular Salford Angels choir practice. We are a fun and energetic choir, covering all sorts of music from traditional and folk, to classic and modern pop. We will soon be preparing for a concert in Lancaster to celebrate 100 years of the Lancashire Federation of Women's Institutes. New members welcome. Please arrive at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start. The Salford Angels Centenary Group has been set up to discuss and organise events that we will hold in celebration of the WI's centenary year, 2015. Our first meeting will take place on the afternoon Sunday 25th January at Secret Garden Tea Rooms in Worsley at 1pm.

Gardening Club
Please note that this event is not taking place on 1st February. The Salford Angels Gardening Club look after a patch outside Sacred Trinity Church Hotel in Salford. We have lots of plans for planting and looking after the garden as spring approaches. This is an ongoing group and do not meet on a particular set day, so please check this page for updates of our next gardening meet up.

The Calendar Group will meet regularly organise and create the 2016 fundraising calendar for the Salford Angels WI. The first meeting to discuss next years theme and initial plan will take place on 3rd February. Please contact Suzanne on 07581 471530 for venue details. Although this group will meet up regularly to discuss and plan the calendars progress, there will be extra meetings and photoshoots taking place, so please keep an eye on this page for updates.

Come along and join in this fun group to discuss the read of the month! This month we will be discussing Pride and Prejudice and Zombies by Jane Austen and Seth Graham-Smith. Please note that this is one book and not two different books. Meetings are held at the Albert Edward pub in Eccles from 7pm, there is free parking opposite at the library / gateway.
