Choir Practice
The rehearsal of the Salford Angels WI choir will take place on Wednesday 26th March at The Angel Centre. Please get there at 6.45pm for a warm up and we start out practice at 7.00pm. For venue information, please contact Steph or e-mail hello@salfordangelswi.co.uk The cost to attend choir is £7.00 a month, with at least three rehearsals a month.

LFWI Arts and Crafts Sub-Committee: Photography Simplified
(WI Members Only.) PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS ALSO TAKING PLACE ON SATURDAY 5TH APRIL 2014. You do not need an expensive camera to take good photographs. This workshop will cover landscape, portrait, nature, action shots and still life. You will learn that careful use of light, colour and a few compositional guidelines can help the most basic photographer to produce some memorable images. Find out more »LFWI Countryside and Environment Sub-Committee: Rivington Walk
(WI Members Only.) Please bring a packed lunch. The walk will commence at 10.30am and finish at approximately 2.30pm. Meeting place is Great House Barn Tea Room. The walk is 4.5 miles in length taking a circular route through an area of Rivington, passing the reservoir and castle, through woods towards the Pike.
