 100 CLUB APPLICATION FORM

(WI Members Only) 

 The Annual Subscription to join the Lancashire Federation’s 100 Club is £10 per annum.  This means that if 100 people join this will raise £1,000, half of which is paid out to you in prize money.

 Last year 155 members joined and therefore the prize money was increased accordingly, draws are made at the Spring and Autumn Council Meetings together with monthly draws.

When we know the final applications, we will advise you of the prize allocation.

If you wish to join for 2013/14 please request an application form from our secretary, complete (BOTH SIDES) and return it to the address below, together with cheque (s) for £10 and an s.a.e. Please note we require personal cheques only.  Members will then receive a copy of the rules and draw number.  The first monthly draw in the new Club year will take place in SEPTEMBER 2013 and the biggest prizes will be drawn at the SPRING COUNCIL MEETING IN 2014.

Please note membership is open to INDIVIDUAL WI MEMBERS ONLY and not WI’s.
