Salford Angels W.I. are committed to helping and supporting local charities. We will look to help fundraise and raise awareness of these wonderful charities that do so much good work for our local communities.

Francis House helps provide appropriate care for children and young people with life threatening conditions and the necessary support for their families. In 2012 we took part in 'The Festival of Trees' in The Lowry Shopping Centre to help raise money for this fantastic charity!
In May 2013 the Salford Angels took part in a sponsored bike ride from Salford to Denham College in Oxfordshire to help raise money for local charity, Salford Young Carers! The young carers also came to visit us at one of our meetings to tell us all about the hard work that they do.
We regularly collect items for the food bank at Salford Loaves and Fishes at our monthly meetings.
